Garmin to unveil six smartwatches at IFA 2019, here is what they look like

Just like Fitbit, Garmin is expected to introduce new smartwatches at this year IFA trade fair. At least six wearables are part of Garmin’s new lineup: Venu, Vivoactive 4, Vivoactive 4s, Vivomove Style, Vivomove 3s, and Vivomove 3 Sport.

Looks like there’s at least six new Garmin watches just around the corner. Obviously, we’re a little short on details but it looks like

  • The Venu is a nice upgrade from the vívoactive® 3 Music but it’s unclear to me where it sits in relation to the other two. It could be a vívoactive® 4 with Garmin Pay.
  • The vívoactive® 4’s will apparently all have music.
  • vívomove® 3’s seem to be the same as the current vívomove® HR.
  • The vívomove® Style appears to add a full touch screen with a notification area at both the top and bottom along with Garmin Pay.

As you might expect, this means there’s some good prices on the current vívomove® and vívoactive® models.

As I’ve noted before, I really dig the vívomove® HR as a daily watch, so I’m most excited to find out more about the vívomove® Style. Stay tuned as I’m sure more information will be dropping daily and thanks for reading!
